A traffic collision was reported at about 3:01 p.m. Sept. 6 on northbound Interstate 280 just south of the Geneva Avenue off-ramp in San Francisco. The incident occurred roughly two miles from the Geneva Avenue interchange, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch information.
An ambulance was reported en route to the scene. CHP dispatch did not provide details about any injuries or the number and types of vehicles involved.
The collision location was identified as the northbound roadway near the Geneva Avenue off-ramp. The dispatch information did not specify whether any lanes were blocked or whether traffic was otherwise restricted.
