Los Angeles, CA (October 17, 2025) – An accident that caused injuries was reported early Friday morning, October 17, on the 710 Freeway just north of Imperial Highway in South Los Angeles, as per the Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatch. The incident took place around 4:26 a.m. and triggered an advanced life support (ALS) response from Engine and Squad 54. Units from the California Highway Patrol were sent to the site to help and look into the details of the crash. Officials have verified that at least one individual was injured in the event. Details regarding the severity of the injuries and the total number of vehicles involved are still unavailable. The northbound lanes of the 710 Freeway might have experienced traffic disruptions due to the emergency response. Rescue teams provided medical assistance and removed any obstacles or dangers from the road. The reason for the accident is still being looked into.
