San Francisco, CA (October 17, 2025) – On the morning of October 17, a traffic collision resulting in injuries took place near the crossroads of Ocean Avenue and Lee Avenue in San Francisco, as confirmed by the San Francisco Fire Department and EMS dispatch. The event was reported around 7:57 a.m. Emergency response teams, comprising Engine 15 and Medic 558, were sent to the location under Code DMVA, which signifies an accident involving injuries. The precise number of people affected and the extent of their injuries has not been verified. Ocean Avenue, a heavily trafficked route in the vicinity, faced delays while emergency responders dealt with the incident and helped with traffic control.
