An accident on State Route 56 resulted in the death of 50-year-old Tomasz Bordyczewski from Poway following a three-vehicle collision on Saturday night in Rancho Peñasquitos. The incident occurred on September 13, just before 10:00 p.m. The incident on State Route 43183 took place. The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office reported that the incident took place on State Route 56, close to Salmon River Road. Officials confirmed that Tomasz Bordyczewski was among the drivers involved in the crash. Although first responders tried to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
