Wilmington, CA (March 29, 2026) – A two-car crash in Wilmington on Saturday night left one person dead and two others in critical condition. The crash happened at approximately 10:10 p.m. On March 28, in the 2500 block of Anaheim Street, emergency responders arrived at the scene and discovered two severely damaged vehicles. Rescue teams worked to free two people trapped in the wreckage. One of the victims was declared dead at the scene. A 35-year-old woman was extricated from one of the vehicles and rushed to a hospital in critical condition. Another woman, believed to be around 40 years old, was thrown from the vehicle in the crash and taken to a hospital in critical condition. Officials have not disclosed the identity of the fatality. Further information regarding the events preceding the crash remains unverified. Authorities are still probing the cause, with additional details to be shared upon availability.
