CHP described the location as southbound 605 at westbound 10, where the connector meets Interstate 10. The dispatch information identified the vehicle as being on the right shoulder.
A follow-up update issued at 3:03 p.m. again noted a white Tesla on the right shoulder. No injuries were reported in the CHP incident classification.
