A traffic collision was reported at about 10:28 p.m. Sept. 14 on westbound Interstate 80 near the Trestle in the Gold Run area of California. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a collision with no reported injuries.
The crash location was identified as westbound I-80 just east of the Trestle. CHP dispatch information did not provide vehicle descriptions or indicate that anyone was injured.
About 15 minutes after the initial report, CHP received a request for a towing response. The dispatch update was logged at approximately 10:43 p.m.
