Visalia, CA (November 21, 2025) – Officials are looking into a collision involving two vehicles that happened Thursday morning on Highway 99 close to Cartmill Avenue. The incident was reported around 3:52 a.m. As reported by the California Highway Patrol, first responders reached the site of the accident shortly after it occurred, and they ascertained that one individual had sustained an injury. The hurt person was taken to a nearby hospital for additional medical care. The specifics of the injuries have not been disclosed yet. The reason for the collision is also unclear, and investigators are trying to find out what caused the crash. Both vehicles stayed at the location while CHP officers carried out an initial assessment. We wish the injured individual a speedy and complete recovery.
