A traffic collision with unknown injuries was reported on eastbound State Route 91 near Madison Street in California at about 3:55 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, 2026. The incident was handled through the California Highway Patrol’s Riverside Freeway Service Patrol area.
The dispatch location placed the collision at the eastbound State Route 91 east off-ramp near Madison Street. CHP classified the incident as a traffic collision in which the injury status was not known.
A reporting party told CHP that the involved vehicle was not drivable after the crash. The dispatch information did not provide a vehicle description or indicate how many vehicles were involved.
