The dispatch location placed the collision on the eastbound freeway near Archibald Avenue. No vehicle descriptions or number of vehicles involved were included in the available CHP information.
CHP classified the incident as a traffic collision with injuries unknown at the time of the report. The dispatch entry did not confirm that anyone was injured, transported for medical care or trapped.
