The crash location was described as the northbound 710 near Florence Avenue, in the East Los Angeles CHP area. Dispatch information did not indicate that anyone required medical treatment or that emergency transportation was requested.
A CHP update issued at 8:10 p.m. stated that both vehicles had exited the freeway onto Florence Avenue. The vehicles were reported in front of a casino in the area.
