A two-vehicle traffic collision was reported at 6:47 p.m. Aug. 25 at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and South Fremont Street in California. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a traffic collision and listed an ambulance as en route.
A CHP dispatch update one minute later confirmed that two vehicles were involved. The available information did not identify the vehicles by make, model, color or direction of travel.
The collision was handled within the CHP’s Redwood City area. The dispatch information did not describe whether the vehicles were blocking travel lanes or positioned on a shoulder.
