On September 30, 2025, in Sun Valley, CA, a person walking was tragically killed after being hit by a car on Sunday evening in the 8700 block of Glenoaks Boulevard, as reported by the Los Angeles Police Department. The fatal event happened in ambiguous conditions. When emergency personnel arrived, they discovered the victim was not responsive. Despite attempts to save them, the person was declared dead upon arrival. The name of the deceased has not been disclosed as authorities await informing their next of kin. The circumstances leading to the accident are still unclear, and it has not been verified if the driver stayed at the scene.
