On Friday night in the Lakeview District of Stockton, CA (November 3, 2025), a man tragically died after being struck by a vehicle. The event took place in the 4900 block of Pacific Avenue, as stated by the Stockton Police Department. Emergency responders arrived at the location and discovered the adult male pedestrian was unresponsive. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he eventually passed away while being treated. The details regarding the crash are still uncertain, and investigators have not provided any information on what might have led to the incident. The driver stayed at the location, and there have been no reports of arrests or citations so far. Authorities have not disclosed the identity of the deceased until next of kin have been informed. The police blocked off a section of Pacific Avenue for several hours to carry out a detailed investigation. As part of the ongoing investigation, witness statements and surveillance videos from nearby businesses are being examined.
