Stockton, CA (September 22, 2025) – A severe car accident occurred early Monday morning at the crossroads of North California Street and East Harding Way, resulting in two injuries and leaving two individuals unconscious. This incident triggered a significant emergency response from local fire and rescue teams. The collision took place at approximately 3:15 a.m. as reported by the communication channels of the Stockton and Lodi Fire Departments. Engine 9 and extra emergency teams were dispatched to the location after reports of a traffic accident involving several injuries. Emergency responders arrived to a chaotic situation involving a crash that affected at least four people. Among them, one was reported to be conscious and alert, whereas two others were unconscious and in critical condition. Medical teams swiftly administered care at the scene, focusing on stabilizing the injured. Firefighters worked alongside law enforcement and emergency medical services to safely rescue the injured individuals from the debris and transfer them to local hospitals for further care. There have been no new developments regarding the status of the unconscious victims. The intersection of N California St and E Harding Way was temporarily closed while crews handled the emergency situation and started an initial investigation into the cause of the accident. The Stockton Police Department is still investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision that occurred in the early morning hours.
