A traffic collision was reported at about 3:56 p.m. Sept. 6 on southbound Interstate 5 near Twin Cities Road in California. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a collision with no reported injuries.
The crash location was identified as southbound I-5 just south of Twin Cities Road. The incident was handled within the CHP’s South Sacramento area.
A dispatch update issued at 3:58 p.m. stated that both parties were on the right-hand shoulder. The update provided no indication that either party remained in the main travel lanes.
CHP’s available dispatch information documented the collision location, the reported lack of injuries and the later shoulder position of both parties. No additional roadway closures, emergency medical response or towing activity was listed.
