CHP described the location as southbound 405 just north of La Tijera Boulevard, on the right shoulder. The available dispatch information did not indicate that travel lanes were blocked.
The incident was handled by the Freeway Service Patrol. CHP records show the patrol service closed its incident at 3:55 p.m.
