On September 12, 2025, in Sonoma County, CA, two people were taken to the hospital on Thursday afternoon after a collision involving two vehicles at the junction of Pepper Rd and Liberty School Rd, according to officials. The California Highway Patrol reported the incident shortly after 12:30 PM on September 11. The accident involved a silver Subaru and a Ford F-150 truck, both of which showed clear signs of damage from the collision. The event took place in a sparsely populated region enveloped by agricultural land, where the convergence of rural roads may create visibility and right-of-way difficulties for motorists. Emergency medical personnel arrived promptly and assessed both drivers on-site. Subsequently, two individuals were taken to a nearby hospital for additional medical care. While the specifics of their injuries have not been revealed, authorities have stated that both individuals were alert when emergency responders arrived. The cause of the accident is currently being examined. Authorities are examining possible factors that may have contributed to the incident, such as the speed of the driver, failure to give way, and the impact of road conditions. As of Friday morning, no citations or arrests had been reported. The traffic in the vicinity was temporarily disrupted while teams cleared the damaged vehicles and made sure the road was safe for traffic again. We wish for a swift and complete recovery for those hurt in the accident.
