A 2015 yellow Peterbilt semi-truck and a black Toyota Solara were involved in a traffic collision on State Route 67 on Oct. 2, 2026. The crash was reported at approximately 3:16 p.m. in the area covered by the California Highway Patrol’s El Cajon office.
The collision occurred near a towing business along State Route 67. CHP dispatch described the incident as involving the semi-truck and Toyota passenger car, but did not provide additional details about how the crash occurred.
The incident was classified as a collision with no reported injuries. The dispatch information did not indicate that anyone required medical treatment or was trapped in either vehicle.
