Seal Beach, CA (March 14, 2026) – A 70-year-old woman suffered serious injuries on Thursday, March 12, following a collision with a teenager on an electric motorcycle at a bustling intersection in Seal Beach. The incident occurred at Main Street and Ocean Avenue. Officials reported that the woman was struck by a Surron electric motorcycle operated by a teenager while crossing the street. Emergency services arrived at the scene to aid the injured pedestrian. The woman was transported to a nearby hospital suffering from severe injuries. Officials stated that the teenager on the electric motorcycle was uninjured in the accident. No tickets were handed out on site while authorities keep examining the incident.
