San Jose, CA (September 29, 2025) – On Sunday afternoon, a two-vehicle accident in a neighborhood close to Chesley Dr resulted in injuries to two people, leading to a response from multiple emergency agencies. The incident was reported at approximately 4:00 p.m. On September 28, there was an incident that involved a black Honda Fit and a blue Toyota SUV. The San Jose Fire Department dispatch reported that one person had a nosebleed, while another complained of arm pain. Emergency medical teams evaluated both individuals at the location, and ambulances were sent out under a Code 3 emergency protocol, highlighting the urgent nature of their injuries. Additionally, police units arrived to secure the scene and help manage traffic. Following an initial assessment, the second ambulance’s response was reduced to Code 2 since both patients were assessed to be stable. The investigation into the cause of the accident is still ongoing. Currently, it is uncertain if distraction, high speed, or the condition of the road played a role in the accident.
