Our deepest condolences go to the deceased’s family. Why Pedestrian Crashes Happen on Urban Roads. Pedestrian accidents commonly occur in zones featuring consistent vehicle flow and regular crossing points. Roads lacking clear crosswalks or signals heighten the risk, particularly when drivers and pedestrians misjudge timing. Visibility plays another role, especially in busy daytime hours with steady traffic flow. Parked cars, road layouts, and nearby activity can obstruct drivers’ views of pedestrians crossing. Speed also influences the severity of such incidents.
