The accident happened at approximately 10:00 a.m. on September 29, in a highly trafficked commercial area of San Jose. The San Jose Fire Department dispatch reported that Engine 10 was deployed in response to a Delta-level alert, which signifies a severe accident with potential injuries necessitating urgent medical care.
