San Francisco, CA (February 2, 2026) – A pedestrian suffered injuries Monday afternoon in an accident outside a retail store on 16th Street in San Francisco. The incident was reported at around 12:57 p.m. In a shopping center plaza, attracting notice from bystanders and medical staff. Dispatch communications reveal the injured person was found near a store entrance, adjacent to an AT&T outlet on the plaza’s street-facing side. Early accounts indicated the pedestrian might have been hit by a vehicle, but responders sought to verify the precise details and site upon reaching the scene. The patient was discovered on the lower level of the property, near the storefront and next to the garage entrance. Paramedics arrived on scene to evaluate the pedestrian, who had sustained multiple injuries. Medical teams delivered treatment while working with on-site personnel to keep the zone secure for the patient and surrounding pedestrians. The incident stayed ongoing while responders collected more details. Officials have yet to disclose additional information about the vehicle or the circumstances preceding the crash. The matter is still being examined.
