San Francisco, CA (December 28, 2025) – A vehicle collision in San Francisco’s Tenderloin district injured at least one individual Saturday evening. The event took place at approximately 9:57 p.m. Close to 516 O’Farrell St, prompting a response from San Francisco Fire Department and emergency medical personnel. First responders arrived promptly to render medical aid to the collision victims. At the scene, paramedics provided treatment to at least one person for injuries. Officials have not yet disclosed the full scope of injuries or the number of individuals involved. Emergency crews briefly disrupted traffic around O’Farrell St while handling the incident and clearing the road. The Tenderloin neighborhood, famous for its heavy traffic and tight streets, continues to pose difficulties for both motorists and walkers.
