San Francisco, CA (September 26, 2025) – An accident that led to injuries took place on Wednesday evening close to the corner of 25th St and Fair Oaks St in the Mission District of San Francisco. At approximately 7:19 p.m., emergency personnel, which included police and medical responders, were sent to the location. After an injury accident was reported, emergency medical and fire teams arrived on the scene promptly, verifying that at least one individual was injured. The San Francisco City Fire and EMS categorized the occurrence as a motor vehicle accident with injuries, prompting paramedics to initiate treatment upon arriving at the scene. The intersection, situated in a neighborhood characterized by narrow roads and significant pedestrian traffic, underwent temporary delays while emergency personnel handled the situation. Information about how many vehicles were part of the incident or the exact injuries incurred has not been disclosed. The San Francisco Police are still present to manage traffic and start an inquiry into the details of the accident.
