San Francisco, CA (October 14, 2025) – On Friday morning, emergency personnel were sent to the scene of a car accident that resulted in injuries near Sacramento and Buchanan Streets in the Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. The incident was reported around 9:36 a.m. on the 10th of October. Based on the communication from San Francisco City Fire and EMS, Engine 38 and Medic 55 were dispatched to the incident with a Code 3 response, signaling that there were injuries that needed urgent medical care. Upon arrival, the first responders found those affected at the intersection, where medics evaluated at least one person for injuries from the accident. Details regarding the total number of vehicles and the extent of injuries remain unspecified. Traffic in the vicinity was briefly disrupted while fire and medical teams worked on-site to secure the area and assist those affected.
