San Francisco, CA (October 17, 2025) – On the evening of October 16, a multi-car accident involving four vehicles resulted in injuries to three individuals on U.S. Highway 101 close to the Octavia Boulevard on-ramp in San Francisco, as reported by the San Francisco Fire Department and EMS. The incident took place around 7:52 p.m. which triggered a Code 3 emergency response. Ambulance teams, such as AMR 106, arrived promptly at the location to evaluate and care for the injured. Three people were injured to different extents, but updates on their conditions are still pending. Traffic in the vicinity was heavily affected because of the number of vehicles involved and the response from emergency services. Emergency teams assisted the injured and removed the wrecked vehicles from the road to reestablish regular traffic. Officials have not revealed the reason behind the accident, and the case is still being looked into.
