San Diego, CA (December 22, 2025) – Emergency dispatch reports indicate that a two-vehicle collision near West Arbor Drive in San Diego early Sunday morning injured a 21-year-old man and led to medical checks for a 20-year-old woman. The incident took place around 3:32 a.m. On December 21, a four-door Infiniti traveling at about 35 to 40 mph collided with a parked vehicle on a residential section of Arbor Drive. Both occupants were wearing seatbelts, and the driver’s side airbag deployed upon impact. The male passenger suffered a laceration above his right eye and received treatment for a head injury at the scene before being transported to UC San Diego Medical Center. He stayed vigilant with stable vital signs and was fitted with a C-collar as a precaution. The female driver reported no visible injuries but was transported to the hospital for evaluation given the collision’s severity. She was fully able to walk independently after the crash. Officials have not disclosed details about the cause of the collision, and the investigation is still underway.
