San Diego, CA (October 6, 2025) – A collision occurred early Sunday morning on the southbound lane of I-15 close to the SB 1508 transit access ramp, resulting in at least one injury, as reported by local emergency dispatch records. The event was reported just before 1:00 a.m. San Diego Fire-Rescue teams, comprising Engine 45 and Truck 45, arrived at the location along the freeway close to the I-15 on- and off-ramps. Emergency responders offered medical aid to those who were injured. Although the specific details of the person’s condition were not disclosed, officials confirmed that the incident resulted in injuries. The area experienced traffic disruptions as emergency crews and paramedics attended to the scene and provided assistance. The reason for the accident remains unknown, and authorities have not disclosed the number of vehicles involved. The inquiry is still underway, and more information may be provided as it comes in.
