The incident took place at approximately 5:28 PM, during the peak of the evening rush hour in the Hillcrest area. The adult bicyclist received assistance from emergency personnel on site, although the severity of the injuries remains unknown. A cyclist was hit by a car on a city road, causing an urgent medical reaction. Information about the driver or the circumstances surrounding the accident has not been made public. Officials are still investigating to identify factors that contributed to the incident, such as visibility, speed of vehicles, and right-of-way issues. Traffic delays occurred around Fifth Ave while authorities worked to secure the site and clear the road. It is still unknown if there will be any citations or charges related to the incident.
