San Diego, CA (January 28, 2026) – Emergency responders were called late Tuesday night to an injury crash at the Marble Ave and Orange Ave intersection in San Diego’s Coronado neighborhood. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. , as dispatchers directed Unit 917 to the scene. The crash took place near the 7800 and 7900 blocks, with at least one person reported hurt. Medical staff soon arrived to evaluate and treat those involved. Officials have yet to confirm the number of vehicles or individuals impacted, nor the extent of the injuries. First responders temporarily disrupted the intersection while securing the scene and aiding the injured. Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash. Elements like speed, visibility, and adherence to right-of-way rules will be examined in the continuing evaluation.
