San Diego, CA (January 28, 2026) – Paramedics from Medic 17 responded to an injury crash late Tuesday night near the 5000 block of Reservoir Dr in San Diego. The collision took place around 10:11 p.m. in the College Area district. When medical personnel arrived on the scene, they started assessing those affected, although details on the number of injured parties or the severity of their injuries remain unconfirmed. Officials have yet to disclose information on the cause of the crash or the number of vehicles involved. The area was secured as paramedics attended to the injured and investigators started their evaluation. An ongoing investigation aims to identify the cause of the incident.
