San Bernardino, CA (January 27, 2026) – Emergency responders rushed to a severe multi-vehicle crash on Cajon Blvd near Highway 138 early Monday morning, resulting in at least one individual hospitalized with serious injuries. The incident took place at approximately 5:56 a.m. It involved four vehicles, including a semi-truck. The California Highway Patrol reported that the crash left one person trapped inside a vehicle. Rescue teams arrived at the location, freed the person safely, and paramedics then took them to a local hospital for emergency treatment. The injuries were described as serious, although the victim’s current condition has not been disclosed. The crash caused major delays on Cajon Blvd during the morning rush hour. Emergency responders secured the area, controlled traffic flow, and carried out initial inquiries into the crash’s cause. The specifics of the crash circumstances—such as involvement of weather, speed, or mechanical issues—remain unconfirmed. CHP officers are still investigating the incident and have issued no citations or arrests in connection with it.
