San Bernardino, CA (December 21, 2025) – A collision involving two vehicles caused injuries Friday morning on the Ayala Dr onramp to Interstate 210 in San Bernardino. The incident took place at approximately 8:15 a.m. This prompted a response from the California Highway Patrol and emergency medical personnel. Initial reports indicate that two vehicles were involved in the collision under unclear circumstances. The impact from the collision sent one vehicle off the highway and down an embankment. One individual was injured in the incident and taken to a local hospital for care. The severity of their injuries has not been revealed yet. Emergency responders were on scene helping the injured and securing the area. CHP officers are still investigating to find out what caused the crash. No additional details have been disclosed at this time. Our thoughts are with the injured individual as they start their recovery.
