On December 10, 2025, a pedestrian was taken to the hospital on Monday morning after being struck by a car on Whitney Avenue, as reported by the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District. The event took place just before 6:00 a.m. Upon receiving a rapid reaction from emergency personnel, first responders discovered the pedestrian with minor injuries upon their arrival. Medical teams evaluated the victim’s condition on-site before taking them to a local hospital for further assessment and care. Authorities have not provided any more information about the details of the crash or the driver involved. The reason for the incident is still being examined. We wish the injured pedestrian a swift recovery.
