Riverside, CA (January 23, 2026) – Injuries resulted from a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening on the westbound CA-91 near Madison Ave in Riverside. The event occurred at approximately 6:23 p.m. This prompted a coordinated response from police and fire units to evaluate the scene and aid those affected. Both vehicles ended up in the center median, where officers assisted the drivers while keeping traffic safely rerouted. Firefighters arrived soon after to provide medical care for minor injuries from the crash. Fortunately, there were no reports of serious injuries or major hazards. Although vehicle damage details were not specified, authorities quickly cleared the area and reduced disruptions on this major commuter route. The cause of the crash is still being investigated, with no citations or contributing factors released yet. We wish those involved a smooth recovery and commend the responders for their swift actions at the scene.
