Riverside, CA (October 22, 2025) – Emergency crews responded to an injury crash involving two vehicles on the northbound side of Interstate 215 near Blaine St in Riverside late Tuesday afternoon, according to Riverside City Fire dispatch.
The accident occurred on October 21 around 5:22 p.m. on the NB I-215, just south of the Blaine exit. Engine 14, Engine 4, and American Medical Response (AMR) units were dispatched to the scene to provide aid to those involved.
Details regarding the severity of the injuries have not been released, but at least one person was evaluated for injuries sustained during the crash. Traffic was slowed in the area as responders worked to assist the victims and clear the vehicles from the freeway.
Authorities have not provided further information about what caused the collision, and the incident remains under investigation.
