Riverside, CA (January 16, 2026) – A crash involving injuries occurred Thursday morning near North High School in Riverside, prompting a response from local emergency services. The event took place at approximately 7:54 a.m. On 3rd St, right opposite the Chicago Trade Center. Responders reached the site to evaluate the incident and help those affected by the crash. Although the number and severity of injuries weren’t immediately verified, emergency responders treated at least one person who appeared injured. The incident happened amid a usually hectic morning rush, leading to brief traffic backups in the vicinity while officials managed flow and cordoned off the site. The involved vehicles were removed from the roadway to restore traffic flow in the school zone. Law enforcement is investigating the accident’s cause.
