Pinon Hills, CA (May 10, 2026) – Three people died after a two-vehicle collision west of Victorville in San Bernardino County. The crash happened just before 8:45 p.m. On Saturday, May 9, along Palmdale Road near Minero Road in the Piñon Hills area. Emergency services were dispatched following reports of a major two-vehicle crash. Officials stated that at least one individual was trapped in a vehicle and had to be freed using emergency extraction tools at the scene. Rescue teams labored to extract the person from the debris as other responders helped manage the scene. Two medical helicopters were sent to rush the injured to local hospitals. Authorities subsequently verified that the accident claimed the lives of three individuals. The exact number of people involved in the crash has not yet been confirmed. Emergency crews closed off parts of the roadway while they worked the scene and removed debris. Additional information about the victims has not been disclosed.
