(Arcadia, CA) A wrong-way driver caused a fatal crash on the Foothill (43183) Freeway early Monday morning, December 15, killing one person. The incident was reported at approximately 2:55 a.m. At Baldwin Avenue on the eastbound 210. According to CHP, a sedan driving the wrong way collided head-on with another vehicle. Fire Department personnel from Arcadia declared one individual deceased at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released yet. Authorities closed all eastbound lanes except the far-right lane and shoulder at 3:39 a.m. , and issued a SigAlert a few minutes later.
