(Los Angeles, CA) Early Thursday morning on December 18, one individual sustained injuries in a head-on collision on the Long Beach Freeway at the 710/60 interchange. CHP officers arrived at the scene around 1:47 a.m. to the northbound 710 Freeway at the interchange with the eastbound Pomona (60) Freeway. They arrived to discover a black Jeep Wrangler and a blue Honda SUV that had collided head-on in the middle lanes. Officials discovered one individual trapped inside the Honda. Paramedics from the Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived and freed the victim. They were taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
