Oakland, CA (October 9, 2025) – On Wednesday afternoon, emergency services were called to the scene of a two-vehicle accident at the junction of 98th Avenue and Airport Access Road in Oakland. The accident happened at approximately 3:31 PM. According to local dispatch reports, the incident included a dark blue Jeep sedan and a dark gray four-door Lexus. Both cars were considerably damaged, and the airbags in each were activated. Emergency medical staff were summoned to the location to provide care for those hurt in the accident. Although specific information about the number of injured individuals is scarce, authorities have stated that medical help was necessary. Officers continued to be present at the location to look into the details of the accident and to secure the area for traffic flow. Currently, there are no additional details regarding contributing factors or references available.
