Oakland, CA (December 21, 2025) – An injury-causing crash was reported Saturday evening in Oakland’s Maxwell Park neighborhood. The event took place at approximately 7:32 p.m. At the intersection of Courtland Ave and High St, the incident prompted a response from the Oakland Fire Department and emergency medical services. First responders arrived promptly to aid those hurt in the collision. Several people were assessed on-site for various injuries. Although the precise number of victims is unconfirmed, medics stayed on scene to offer care and evaluate if hospitalization nearby was required. Officials are conducting an ongoing investigation into the crash’s cause. It is still unknown if driver behavior, speed, or other factors played a role in the collision.
