A traffic collision was reported at about 1:29 p.m. Monday on northbound U.S. 101 near the Vignes Street on-ramp in the Central Los Angeles area. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a collision with no reported injuries.
The location was described as northbound U.S. 101 just north of Vignes Street. CHP dispatch information did not provide vehicle descriptions or indicate that any lanes were blocked.
At 3:39 p.m., the reporting party contacted dispatch again and requested an estimated arrival time for an officer. The reporting party was advised that no estimated arrival time was available and said they were still waiting for an officer.
The available CHP information did not document additional injuries, emergency medical transportation, vehicle damage details or towing activity. No further incident developments were included in the dispatch update.
