A Volkswagen was identified in the initial dispatch update. The report indicated that the vehicle’s driver required medical attention, but it did not provide a detailed description of the condition or injuries.
The collision location was listed as northbound I-405 just south of Devonshire Street. CHP dispatch provided no information about additional vehicles, lane closures or the extent of any traffic disruption.
