A traffic collision involving two vehicles was reported at 3:49 p.m. Aug. 19 on northbound Interstate 710 near the Florence Avenue on-ramp. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a collision with no reported injuries.
The crash location was described as northbound 710 just south of Florence Avenue. Both vehicles were reported to be on a narrow right shoulder.
The location placed the vehicles beside the northbound freeway lanes near the Florence Avenue interchange. CHP provided no information indicating that lanes were blocked or that either vehicle overturned.
The latest available dispatch update came at 3:51 p.m. and continued to identify both vehicles as being on the narrow right shoulder, with no injuries reported.
