The dispatch identified a gold Ford Fusion as one of the vehicles involved. CHP classified the incident as a collision without reported injuries.
In a 3:50 p.m. update, an involved party reportedly said the driver of the gold Ford Fusion was refusing to exchange information and move to the right shoulder. The update also referenced an issue involving the vehicle or its operation, though the dispatch did not provide further clarification.
