Modesto, CA (January 1, 2026) – A collision with reported injuries took place at the Prescott Rd and West Briggsmore Ave intersection in Modesto on December 31. Station 412 crews were sent to the area shortly after 1:25 p.m. After reports of a vehicle crash needing medical aid… Upon arriving, responders started assessing the individuals involved and checking the scene for dangers. The number of people injured or vehicles involved has not been revealed yet. Units worked to secure the area, offer necessary care, and collect preliminary details for the investigation. Authorities are still examining the cause of the crash, with no additional statements issued yet. We offer our heartfelt hopes for a quick and full recovery to all those injured in the incident.
