A traffic collision resulting in minor injuries was reported at Mayhew Road and Folsom Boulevard in California on Oct. 4, 2026, at about 3:34 p.m. The incident was handled within the California Highway Patrol’s East Sacramento area.
The CHP later updated the incident classification to indicate a collision involving minor injuries. The dispatch information did not identify the vehicles involved or provide details about the circumstances of the crash.
An earlier classification indicated that an ambulance was en route to the collision. The subsequent update changed the incident description from that earlier medical-response classification to the minor-injury collision designation.
The available dispatch record did not specify whether traffic lanes were blocked, whether vehicles required towing, or whether additional emergency resources were sent to the intersection. No further details about the injured person or persons were included in the CHP update.
